That lasted quite awhile for me. My dr said as long as theres no bleeding like a normal period everything should be ok. I had my papsmear and 3 days later I had bright red blood come out but not for long I could pretty much wipe it away. He said that was related to the papsmear. But I was really scared to see any blood and I was really nervous about the cramping. He also said the cramping was from my ligaments and muscles stretching and to relax.
