REcieving a preventive dose of antibiotics prior to your next attempt at conception is optional, while it may not do any harm, neither is it necessary, unless you are having symptoms of bacterial infection. The same copuld be applied during pregnancy. Remember that some of these medication can be harmful to the unborn child if used for extended periods of time. Breastfeeding probably lead to your miscarriage, since this generates uterine contractions which may lead to the expulsion of the conceptus.
