All I can say is that at 18 weeks, my son was spread eagled and you could clearly see his penis BIG TIME. She said that some girls have swollen genitalia, however, she was 99% sure it was a boy....and she was right. I had one ultrasound at 13 weeks and even then they thought it was a boy. So I can't tell you for certain, but I think you would know it if you saw it! Lisa
