I know how you feel, sex worked for me, don't do the oil, you could become really really ill and distress the baby. I think the sleep thing in the last few weeks is natures way of preparing you for the sleep deprivation you experience after the baby is born. Whatever method you try, your baby will only be born if it is ready. There are many things you can do to try and alleviate your symptoms though. A warm, not too hot bath if your waters are intact is one thing. Sleeping with lots of pillows, two under your head and some between your knees might help. Have your husband/significant other rub your feet when they hurt or soaking them in epsom salts and water might help. Try to relax as MUCH as possible now, it will be difficult after baby is born (unless he/she is a fantastic sleeper).

best of luck and it will happen soon!! then you will miss being pregnant. I do a little bit.
