1 week postpartum and absolutely F-F-F-F-FREEZING!!!!!!

I had a baby last week and occasionally (like once a day) I get this sudden, inexplicable case of the chills. I mean, I don't just get just kind of cold- it literally comes over me like a wave and I am suddenly shaking violently and my teeth are chattering uncontrollably. It usually lasts about 5 minutes or so, then I'm fine. I feel it coming on, and literally head straight for my bed and try to warm myself and ride it out. With my first baby, this happened occasionally too. I am wondering what this might be, and what I can do about it? I am breastfeeding, and have no other symptoms.
