I would say yes definitly go to the ER to put yourself at ease. I myself had a missed miscarriage last month (I was supposedly at 13 weeks) and had had a lot of cramping with no bleeding. Everyone assured me that I was over-reacting and that the baby was fine as long as I wasn't bleeding and after a couple trips to the ER I insited that they do an ultrasound regardless of the fact that I wasn't bleeding and it turned out everything was NOT ok. I'm not trying to scare you it's just that you know your body and especially after your previous misscarriages if you are worried you have every right and reason to want things checked to put yourself at ease. I do know that cramping can be a side-affect of pregnancy so it is not ALWAYS a bad thing- hoped this helped- Lisa
