are on, it sucks. However, what is right for you is not always right for another person. I think it was very dangerous of you to put the scare in these people. Your experience was yours personally. It is different for everyone. It is our beliefs always in the background of our words that make us do and say what we will. This was your own regretful experience. There are way too many unwanted children being born by irresponsible adults that arent ready to be doing what they are. Honestly, at 16, its too bad our children are sent the wrong messages about sex in the first place, thus these things come about. NATHAN, no matter what, you two are NOT bad people. You have a choice. You must confront your morals, and what you truly believe. Then you must realize what having a child honestly entails--its the rest of your life to them. They are beautiful, but at 16, 17 I don't think we understand that in this society. You are not evil for whatever choice you make. You have one. At least for a while....then BE CAREFUL and use protection or abstinence. This should have scared and hurt you two enough to think and act more responsibly. Good luck to you. To your girlfriend, if she goes through with it, she will experience some pain, she will need to make peace with her mind, her body, this soul, and her god if she believes in one. You will need to be supportive and realize at the same time she is going through something so intense that you will never experience. I have been there...you may love her...but her body is sending her messages...this baby is sending her messages....its toughest decision she'll ever make. You must respect it, whatever it may be. Peace.
