Breanna, Contact the office of the Insurance Commissioner for your state. There are state laws in place regarding insurance coverage and the insurance commissioner's office will be able to help you with this situation. If they aren't very helpful (they are often very busy), keep calling until you get someone to help. It's amazing what happens once the insurance commissioner's office gets involved!
