Ask your doctor for a prescription for B6. I truly believe that helped me. Also, a good diet can help a lot. Stay away from fried foods, processed sugars, and red meat. Eat or drink soy products. Vanilla soy milk is quite tasty, and I swear it was beneficial with balancing my emotions. You might try this for a few days just to see if it helps you like it helped me. If not, have a good cry over missing a sale on cheese.... I did. aaaaaahahahaha really!
