Sorry Dr. Cristalli, did not notice your reply. the indomethacin is 25 mg once a day and the polyhydramnios has gone down. fluid is adequate now.blood sugar is well under control due to a 1400 cal restricted diet and insulin, 2,5, 5 units before breakfast, lunch and dinner respectively. the salt restriction is because of the difference in my prone and supine blood pressure readings due to which i am at a risk to develop pre-ecclampsic toxaemia. the 1400 cal diet will be increased in the last trimester and indomethacin will be stopped 4 weeks before due date. baby's growth as per ultrasound is pretty on the track. please advise if this should be okay and thanks again for your valuable opinion. dr. anuradha, india
