It is not nearly as hard as it looks. Buy a basal body thermometer (mine was less than $10.00 at the local drug store) and then on the first day of your next cycle (the first day of bleeding) take your temp first thing in the morning (before you get up to do anything, even go to the bathroom). Then take your temp every morning at the same time throughout your cycle and just input the information. The website will do the charting for you. Charting your temps will tell you when you ovulate and hopefully it will help you get a handle on your personal cycle patterns. I have only been doing it a few months, but I already see a pattern. Hopefully it will help me get pregnant or at least it will help me when I talk to my doctor. Good Luck!
