Re: Chronic Insomnia, Pregnancy and Ambien?

I too had difficulty sleeping during my pregnancy. I was terrified to take anything to help me out.... So I started drinking warm milk every night as I got into bed. I wasn't too thrilled about the taste at first, but now I really like it. I slept like a baby. Try it out... I zapped a big mug of nonfat milk for about a minute.
