pregnancy and tachycardia/pac's

I was diagnosed with tachycardia (irregular HR) in 1994 and premature atrial contractions in 2001. I have been through many cardiology work-ups and all have reassuringly proven to be benign and harmless. I am still somewhat concerned. Will this be affected by pregnancy? Is pregnancy safe when having these issues?

I have had one pregnancy, which ended in fetal growth cessation at 9 weeks and had a D&C while awake. I figure, if I made it through that, I should be okay...but labor may be far more exhausting and taxing on me physically.

Thank you in advance for any insight!
