Just wanted to let you know it is safe to use. I thought the same thing 9 months or so ago when I started taking it and saw the inserts. But here I sit with a happy health 1 month old after 3 miscarriages that I didn't take the progesterone during pregnancy. I believe in progesterone supplements and will use them again if I ever become pregnant!!
