Head not at proper position at 34wFrom: Ritu (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 31 Oct 2002 20:33:59 -0600 (CST)
Hello!! My doctor examined me today at 34 weeks and found that the head of the baby is not in the pelvic area but towards the right side of my belly. He was concerned that the size of the head might be too large to fit in the pelvic area and so, the head has been shifted towards the right, in which case, he said C-section is the only option. Do babies born with large heads grow up to be normal babies? Does the head size automatically become normaly after birth with the passage of time? I am very concerned and any answers would be truely appreciated. Thanks. Ritu.
