If you are really TRULY sure that you were not tense during the exam (hormones, new obgyn, what not), I would seriously consider looking for someone else. Can you get a recommendation from a recently pregnant woman in your new town? In any case, I would mention your feelings to the obgyn and see what he says. If he pledges to try and do better next time, he's probably OK. If he blows it off, I would be apprehensive.
