It does not sound like you headache is related to the epidural. There are several reasons for severe headaches. Has your neurologist looked into atypical migranes? Have you seen a ENT for evaluation of your sinuses? If a reason cannot be found perhaps a chronic pain specialist could help. Best of luck.
