I know the ovulation test/fertility monitor (which you can buy over the counter) has worked for my friends. It tells you when you are ovulating and when you should have sex to conceive. That might work for you guys. Good luck and make sure that this is the right time (for both of you) to have a child. I am sure you guys have thought this through thouroughly.
