At some points in early pregnancy, I started to "show" just a little (I could see it in the mirror if my stomach was bared). This went away and has come back now, for real I think. I also did not gain any weight in the 1st trimester - and I'm 5'7'' weighing 127 pounds! As far as I can tell, my pregnancy is OK; in fact, most pregnancy books say that you can expect slight inflation/deflation in the 1st 2 months due to "bowel distention", whatever that means. If you are not bleeding, there are some things that can go wrong, but the likelyhood is not very high. Think when you have a child - there will be many moments like this, when you think that something may go wrong when he/she is dating, driving, running, feverish and wants to go to Prom... but you just have to let go and trust. I have been practicing trying to let go, to acknowledge to myself that my control over the situation is very limited. Just keep taking those prenatal vitamins and eat well. So best wishes and try not to worry about things! (ha, easier said than done, no?) Hugs,
