Miscarriage, D&C, no period for 3 months

I am really concerned! I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on 1/02. In the middle of June, I found out that I was pregnant again, but had a miscarriage on 6/28. I bled for a couple of days, but then it stopped. Then I began to bleed like a running faucet, combined with huge blood clots. After going to urgent care, without receiving any help, I contacted my doctor. My doctor told me to wait to see if I would need the D&C because the bleeding seemed to be subsiding and perhaps the body took care of itself. The bleeding would stop & start like a faucet on and off for about another week. When I bled, it was so much that I would have to change doubled pads every 15 minutes. The blood clots were the size of small plums. Finally on 7/23, I had the D&C. ( basicly, I bled for about a month.) It is now 10/31 & I have not had a period. Instead, my stomach is bloated and I am nauseous everyday. At least once a week, I feel as if I am going to have a period & cramps, but it goes away. I've taken several pregnancy tests & a blood test. They all say that I am not pregnant. I am waiting for approval from my medical group to receive progesterone shots. What else should I be doing? This is an extremely emotionally draining process. I am concerned that lining of my uterus may have been scared from all of the bleeding. HELP!!!!
