Can tattoo removal cause miscarriage?

I have been getting laser surgery every month to remove a tattoo on my chest. I have heard that lasers are okay & that the topical lidocaine is okay... but I was wondering about the effects of an immunity reaction. Since the laser breaks down the tattoo pigment for your body to absorb (it is detected as foreign matter)... could this reaction affect hormones or some other immune response to help cause an early miscarriage (2-4 weeks gestation)?
