Hi,

Not a Dr. here, but in response to at least the part about weight gain: I started this pregnancy at a normal/thin weight, and didn't gain an ounce until 16 weeks or so.

Also, as far as looking more pregnant one day/less the next -- could you just be bloated? If you're retaining a little extra water or have had a big meal recently, your stomach can "poof out", even when not pregnant.

I hope the Dr. will respond soon and give you a more certain answer, but I wouldn't be too concerned. Hope this helps, and good luck.
