Fetal Movement at 32 weeks and Spinal Pain...Please respond!!From: anonymous@obgyn.netThu, 31 Oct 2002 08:58:28 -0600 (CST)
I am 32 weeks with number 3. I have two situations I need suggestions on. 1). For the last few days I've been feeling movement below my abdomen that causes extremely sharp pains in my vaginal opening (sorry for being so graphic) It feels as if the baby kicks any harder he/she is going to break my bag. I've never felt this in either of my pregnancies. What is going on? 2). When uterus contracts, the tightening causes me to feel a throbbing sensation pain that starts in my lower back around my spine and shoots up to the base of my head. If I'm upset or excited about something while having the contractions, the pain is more intense. Also, I'm beginning to feel pressure on my rectum during these Braxton Contractions. I really need to know if this is something I should worry about. This started after having an epidural with my son 9 years ago. But has re-occured during the last few weeks of this pregnancy. Please respond!
