You had a previous cesarean section for a large for gestational age baby and you already have contraction now: since fetal lung maturity is supposed to be OK at 35 weeks of gestation and your second baby will be larger than the first, you can undergo to the second cesarean section starting from now. You don't need to have a cervical dilatation to be operated. Please take care and monitor your contractions, mainly if the previous cesarean section was performed less than 3 years ago. Best wishes
