I recently took two pregnancy tests which both came up positive (would be approximately 12 weeks now). I am concerned because I have an enlarged fatty liver and previous pancreatitis. My doctor suggested that I lose weigt to hopefully "shrink" my liver. Because of my liver problems I have been taking three darvocet a day for pain and diet pills to try to lose weight. I am concerned that my enlarged fatty liver and/or possible pancreatitis may cause some problems with the baby's or my health.

Please help.
