I am just over 37 weeks pregnant now and the baby is head down but still 'free' (i.e. not engaged). I've also not had any Braxton Hicks. I am starting to worry that my body is not preparing for labour, or that I am going to be very overdue. Is this something to worry about, or is there anything I can do to help the process along? Thank you.
