My first pregnancy ended in miscarriage but the doctor told me it had nothing to do with my uterus. For both pregnancies I had alot of pain in first trimister and I'm not sure if that was from the uterus tilted or not. Nobody told me that I could change it by excerise and it has been like this for the past 10 years, as far as I know I was born like it. One person told me that I would have a harder labor than normal, that I will have to wait and maybe find out the hard way. I hope I could be of some help for you.
