6 1/2 weeks pregnant with tilted, folded uterus

I went to my first OB visit yesterday. I got an ultrasound. The Tech asked if I had ever been told that I had an abnormal uterus. I response to her was "no." I have had three healthy babies. I have never had any problems except for a miscarriage a year ago after my third child. Naturally, I am very nervous about this pregnancy considering the last miscarriage. I asked the Tech why she asked about my uterus and she said that it looked like there was a wall dividing my uterus into two halves. I went on to tell her that the only thing that I had ever been told about my uterus was that it was tilted back. She decided that it must be tilted so severly that it gave the ultrasound the illusion that there was a wall. She said it was folded in two. Is a folded uterus bad? I have never been told that my uterus was tilted to this extreme. What does this mean for me? I am afraid that this will cause a miscarriage. I have been told others that it can cause a miscariage. Is this true? I have also been told by others that I need to be doing some sort of exercises to coax the uterus into a more natural position. I am very concerned and unsure what to do. I won't see my OB again untill 4 weeks.
