Having a baby with scar tissue on the uterus(MY CHANCES)

I have a two year old. When she was born my placenta would not come out. They pulled out bits and pieces but could never get it all. They tried this for 45 minutes and finally decided that they would have to take me back to surgury. The placenta was attached to the wall of my uterus. And now, as you can imagine, I have scar tissue. I would like to know what my chances for having another baby are.And if I get pregnant tomorrow is there anything that will help or prevent me from having a miscarriage for that very reason. I am young and I just want to know what my chances are. Thanks in advance! Amanda, South Carolina
