DR Essien..further question

thank you dr Essien,
my endocrinologist diagnosed postpartum thyroiditis, i have high thyroid
peroxidase antibodies, so with this in mind, is THIS type of thyroiditis
autoimmune?
and should i be concerned about ovarian failure?
