I was exactly the same!! I got the flu in my 4th week and was throwing up like crazy. Of course I thought it was morning sickness but it was just the flu. I lost 12 pounds my first trimester from that because I never regained my appetite. I delivered a healthy boy on the 20th of sept. So try and keep up your fluid intake and the prenatal vitamins. You should be ok!
