Hi, I have had your same problem for awhile but only in the mornings (I'm 26 wks). The doc said it was from the baby putting pressure on the stomach. I bought Slim-Fast (full of vitamins) and now drink that instead of having nothing on days when baby just doesn't want any food at all. Katya's advice about the fruits is great. Try eating an apple or something by itself as a snack. Tiny meals are better than larger ones. I would also call your doc and let him/her know that your having problems. They can both help and reassure you.
