I am 6 weeks pregnant and having the absolute worst acne - so bad I hate to leave the house. I never really had bad skin before, just the occassional PMS breakout which I successfully treated with benzoyl peroxide (clearsil).

My OB says benzoyle peroxide is fine to keep using in my pregnancy but after searching the archives here it seems some doctors say it is ok and some doctors say don't use it. These conflicting opinions have me really worried.

Can anyone clear this up -- no pun intended :<)
