I've just ben through all of this and I know how frustrating it can be. I was on Clomid a year - from 50mg to 200mg then i took myself off and went to an RE that my OB refered me to. It can be a mucus problem and they will probably suggest an IUI with or without Clomid. It all depends why you were on Clomid to begin with and if your partner has a good sperm count. Mine did 7 years ago and then when we went in for the IUI we found he has low sperm count with poor motility (movement forward). Going to the RE (Reproductive Endrochronologist) can be a little scary but find one through RESOLVE in your area that's good. Insurance usually covers the consultation and then the IUIs are from $250 - $300 and plus the cost of meds. And...shop around for prices on Clomid, I took it for about 8 months before i found a RESOLVE chapter and was told about a pharmacy where it was about half the cost. Hope it helps.
