Has anyone elses breasts become less tender around 6.5w and still had an okay continuance?

Hi,
I am 6w5d pregnant, and have just had an ultrasound with a low heart
rate...103 which apparently can still be okay. However, my breasts seem
to be much much less sensitive. I still feel queasy, and sleepy, but am
concerned because my breast don't hurt like they did.
Has anyone else out there experienced this, and gotten positively past
the first trimester, or even the first 8 weeks?
Thank you for sharing your experience. I am of course concerned.
