IUDs generally function by making the uterine lininig hostile for fertilized eggs, and the first of your m/c after removing the IUD can be explained by this. the subsequent 3 m/c, barring chromosomal alterations, could result from the fact that your endometrium(uterine lining) had not recovered properly from the previous pregnancies. I'd recommend you taking a break from conception for at least a year. Good luck.
