Technically, 21 days is the lowest limit of a "normal" cycle, but the short luteal phase is a concern. I would be more hopeful if you ovulated on day 8 or 9. Since your husband is not there, the IUI is really your only hope on those cycles and 40% motility is not horrible, so why not?
