I think that the dr means that the corpus luteum (the part from which the egg breaks away from in a normal pregnancy) may not be developed properly, so the progesterone it is releasing may not be of a high enough or constant level. And the 'lesion' to the cervix is a fancy way of sayin a little scratch or normal variation/softening of the cervix which can happen in pregnancy. Hope this helps and good luck and congratulations Best wishes, kerry Thanks Kerry for your response. I finally got a call from the dr today and she seemed as if there were not a problem in the world. She was actually excited, said that she thinks that I was ovulating. ?!?!?!?? Has anyone ever heard of it?? She said that it is quite common. To spot while ovulating. She wanted to make sure that we were having intercourse every other day and I have to go in tonight for blood tests to chk progesterone levels. Should I get a second opinion?? Or does this sound normal, should I be concerned?? She did ask if there was an pressure down there or cramping, if I felt any other symptoms. I did mention what the doctor offered the otherday on the message board and my dr said that there would be other symptoms if those were the case, since there weren't any, she wasn't worried. DDoes this sound correct??? I am so confused! Thanks for any info you can share!! I appreciate all of you!!!
