The dr is yet to call, I have left a second message today. I >really appreciate yur advice. >Angel Hello Angel, I am not a dr, but a woman who has just had a succesful pregnancy following m/c and as a result have been down the path of having progesterone checked and have built up a little knowledge along the way.. I think that the dr means that the corpus luteum (the part from which the egg breaks away from in a normal pregnancy) may not be developed properly, so the progesterone it is releasing may not be of a high enough or constant level. And the 'lesion' to the cervix is a fancy way of sayin a little scratch or normal variation/softening of the cervix which can happen in pregnancy. Hope this helps and good luck and congratulations Best wishes,
