I am 28yo, currently 6w1d pregnant. This is second pregnancy after twin m/c this summer. I have not had any bleeding, spotting and/or severe abdominal pain (other than what I think are the normal twinges and pulls of uterus stretching). I have developed some right shoulder "ache" this morning and am now concerned about an ectopic. Would I have "referred" pain to this shoulder without having any spotting or bleeding? It's been pretty constant for about an hour or two. . .not sharp pain but sort of a dull ache. Thanks.
