Gillian - When my husband and I were counseled by a fertility specialist for secondary infertility, one of the questions asked was whether we used KY jelly. When we said yes, we were told that KY Jelly could possibly interfere with getting pregnant - something about the difficulty of the sperm moving through the thick gel. I would try something else but don't have any suggestions as to what you might try. Good luck to you both.
