Hi Cheryl, I have all the signs of normal ovulation, but can't get pregnant. I am going on Clomid next cycle. The way I see it, is if I can't get pregnant with normal ovulation then I am not concerned about mulitples with clomid. I have friends that conceived with clomid for unexplained infertility and they all had singletons. Clomid has risks whether you are ovulating or not and more and more docs are prescribing it even though it appears ovulation occurs. I am looking forward to it! Good luck, Joy
