Dr Progesterone question-PLEASE

I had a m/c in July and am pg again I had some heavy bleeding at first but a sac was found, the following week I saw a fetal pole and h/b measuring 6 weeks and all bleeding stopped At 5 weeks my prog was 31 and now a little over 6 weeks it is 27..should I be concerned?

The nurse/receptionist at my Dr office said no..but I thought prog. should go up during pg not down

Please advise
