Questions for DOCS - 1. Very concerned about slow heartbeat

I am 6 weeks 2 days and had an ultrasound today. First reading was 109 bpm and second was 118 bpm. I have had three chromosomal miscarriages in the last 16 months so I'm very paranoid that this heartbeat does not bode well for this baby either. Are 109 and/or 118 "in the zone" for a healthy pregnancy?

Second question: My last pregnancy (in March '02) was a blighted ovum,a result of IVF. This time I conceived naturally. Are the IVF drugs (Repronex, Gonal-F and intramuscular progesterone for more than a month) still hanging around in my body and helping me out this time? Or are they long gone?
