i am 5 weeks pregnant with 2 prior miscarriages all within one year. I have been having alot of cramping but it only comes in the middle of the night. It wakes me up and is severe at first and then it lessens. It only lasts about 15 minutes. Do you have any idea what this could be? Thank you for any help.
