Hello I have Crohn's disease and am starting my 8th month of pregnancy. My Crohn's was very agessive before pregnancy and I am worried about it getting bad again after delivery and taking care of a newborn. Is a C-section less stressfull on your intestines than pushing during a vaginal delivery or does it make a difference?Should the choice be mine to make? Tammy
