Hello.. I gave birth 6months ago to a healthy baby girl...cercglage,tocolytics, antibiotics(mycoplasma)..prior to this I lost baby at 22wks(incompetent cervix?or mycoplasma/ureaplsama?)ok.. I am exclusively breastfeeding my daughter. only had unprotected sex once..Sept 1st...(had first period aug.7..only light spotting)..on sept 7 started another ...?period..mostly spotting that occured on and off until sept 18...on which day I tested postive with a home pg test. then had hcg done on the 20th..it was 52...repeated on the 23..it was 58..then again on the 27..and it has dropped to 20...doctor says i am miscarrying, which i accept..and ordered another hcg in week. i have no cramping or spotting at this time.

1.. is it possible that it is in my tube? 2. should i have an ultrasound? 3..will i just start bleeding and cramping any day now? thank you. nicole.
