Only a test will tell if you're pregnant or not. I had menstrual like cramps last year and skipped a period. Pregnancy test was negative. I had a 4mm ovarian cyst which ended up being a tumor of borderline malignancy (had to have that ovary, tube, and appendix removed). I'm fine now (and 24 weeks pregnant!). If you're not pregnant, see your OB ASAP. It's probably nothing like what I had but I'm now a huge advocate of going to a Dr immediately when you're experiencing strange things. Even if it's nothing, getting checked out will put your mind at ease.
