I have had the same pattern of miscarriage 3 times in a row. Became pg naturally, w/ clomid, and ovulation induction. Each time had brown discharge leading up to missed abortion. All were at 8-10 wks and saw heartbeat in last two. Last pg took 2mg folic acid for MTHFR ( high levels of homocystine ) and crinone. Does it sound like this could be b/c of clotting factors? Would heparin / baby asp. help? karyotype is not a factor nor was chromosomal abnormality in pregancies.
