Be warned, we had our ultrasound at 18weeks. Baby was extremely uncooperative, crossing her legs putting her hand in front of her crotch and hiding her butt. At 18 weeks they still have a lot of room to hide. We finally did get a look and the doc said that she BELIEVED it's a girl but that 10-20% of these "GIRLS" turn out to be boys. We've named her and I couldn't resist buying a couple of pink outfits and frilly socks but we were well, well warned about not going crazy with pink. I would suggest if you only get 1 ultrasound to do it as close to 20-22 weeks as possible. Otherwise, the sex may be inconclusive. Of course, I've seen pictures of babies showing off and putting their crotch right in ideal view so there is no question as to their sex.

Good Luck!
